Great find! May have a new favorite sushi spot in Draper. The restaurant is big inside, with private booths along the side wall. The service was outstanding with Raymond! After hearing our initial orders, gave us recommendations that were even better than what we ordered. The rolls were fresh (mars, Seahawk, cosmopolitan and ichi) and delicious! 100% recommend this place
Five star on food and LOVE the private booths for sitting. It is REALLY pricey hence the 4 stars. My husband and I dropped in and it was $130 for two to have appetizers and dinner. Meat is tender and flavors are fabulous. This is our favorite Chinese in Utah.
Our monthly girls lunch brought us to Water Moon. It is tucked away in an unassuming little spot next to the Draper Harmons. We opted for a booth (love this) for a little more privacy since out lunches last for several hours. We chose Water Moon because the menu offers a variety of Chinese and Japanese dishes. The service was incredible! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and everything else we threw at her. Best of all our glasses were always full and she let us stay as long as we needed explaining that she hadn't seen her friends and family in two years because of Covid and understood. We ordered a bento box, and three sushi rolls. The food was beautifully prepared with care and fresh ingredients. Bento Box Review The hot and sour soup was similar to what you will find at most places, but this one was a bit more peppery, which I enjoyed.
