Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

As a former kneaders employee I am disappointed in the service I received. The bread bowl was not cut out to the form of a bowl. They only cut the top off. The loaf of asiago bread I received was also uncut. To further this the sourdough was obviously not fermented long enough as it lacked sourness. I suspect they used there stock for the next day. While this makes sense when you have a shortage it does take away from the quality. Everything tasted good but the delivery could use work.

normally kneaders is amazing, i love the thai chicken salad but today i went for lunch and they gave me a lot of expired greens, not even a full piece of chicken, and hardly any bell peppers. which make the salad... mostly just end stumps of lettuce and rotten greens in my salad. wasn’t able to go back because i went on a lunch break too

I have never had issues at any other Kneaders but today, I got a croissant and a side of fruit. The fruit had mold on it. be careful ordering the fruit. You can see the mold on the pineapple and how off the strawberry color looks.
