Loved the ambiance and the ramen was delicious! Great place! We tried the Spicy Miso Ramen and the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. They were not very spicy but had good flavor. My favorite was the Miso Ramen! I preferred the noodles and the broth over the Tonkotsu. We had the Fried Gyoza as an appetizer and it was so good! It has a different texture than most fried dumplings but was very good.
Great food and portions with a quick and good service. The highlight was the Tonkotsu Ramen which was super flavorful. The broth was super rich and with and in-depth umami flavor. The consistency of the broth was perfect as it attached great to the noodles, which was cooked to perfection. As a bonus, the egg is marinated and soft boiled as it should be. While the ramen stole the show, all of the dishes were tasty. Food was delivered fresh, hot and fast.
