The chicken tasted like McDonald’s chicken McNuggets chicken- if it had been left out for a day. Overall disappointing experience. You get what you pay for.

The food was good and the ambiance was just right. It was quiet and easy going. Our server was a pretty cool guy. He was attentive and ensured all went well with our visit. I had the jade chicken with a side of fried rice and it was delicious. Don't pass this place up. It's real good.

I ordered delivery from here so I can't comment on the customer service (although the responses to others below should tell you enough). I chose to order here based on the ratings I saw at the time (4 stars on another site). Based solely on the food I ordered, I won't be choosing to dine here again. The pros? The food was warm, and the egg drop soup was not terrible. Better than some of the locations around town in that price point. The sauce on my chicken was not bad either. No complaints really on that end. The cons? The chicken we received was barely edible. It was as hard as a rock and those pieces you could eat were chewy at best. The fried rice I had was not awful but just not great. I felt like it was leftover or old... Perhaps sitting too long in a rice warmer. I didn't bother asking for a refund based on the responses in the reviews below. In fact I was reluctant to leave a review, as I don't typically like leaving negative reviews.
