Waffle House

So let me start with pulling into the parking lot last night. All but 1 of the employees were outside with no customers inside. Which would have been okay if 4 of the tables didn’t still have dirty dishes on them. After sitting down they never cleaned the tables until right before we left. After ordering the girl cooking waffles burned 6 of them, we had ordered 2 and 1 came out cooked, the other came out so light I could see the batter. Hearing the employees talking across the entire restaurant shocked me when the cook asked the waitress if she could give him a foot massage and she told him yes if he got her purple onion. Have some decency folks. No wonder on opening day the place was deserted, same staff same terrible service. We will not be coming back to this location. Please avoid this one

Walked in to make a to go order. Ordered my food at the register and they got started on it right away. They started off great, but ultimately failed. My order was incorrect, and to top it off there was a piece of plastic in my wife's grits. They were more worried about going outside for a puff puff pass than they were with customer service. Definitely needs some retraining and better supervision.

This Waffle House is by far the best I have ever experienced. Especially due it's location in a geographical region where service tends to suffer, this business is surely doing it RIGHT!
