Had a good dining experience using the order online/pickup option. My order was ready when I arrived at the restaurant. No complaints at all about the meal. Everything was prepared perfectly and the customer service was great !

The Captain Ds in GARDENDALE, AL is AWESOME and AMAZING!! The staff and manager are very friendly which is reflective of the wonderful manager and management team!!! Very clean and impressive!! It just makes me HAPPY when i go to this location!! AWESOMENESS!!❤❤ VESTAVIA is totally opposite, smh????. The atmosphere (the actual cafeteria is nice and clean) , but the staff is all about trying to move you through the Drive thru quickly (the time clock) and shoving all of the cars to the other side of the bldg so they wont get penalized, smh. Its like going to a COST effective food warehouse. They (the staff) want to be right over the customer being satisfied. Its NOT the same atmosphere as it was in the past, smh. Vestavia location is different, smh.

I don’t know where to start. I placed my order online and paid for it. First off, the cashier was standing there eating fish crumbs out of a pan when we came in. There is a place for special instructions which clearly is not necessary seeing as they are totally disregarded When I asked for the condiments, they didn’t have anything we needed. What they did bring was clearly the last of what they had. It was covered in old tartar and some were busted. I had a total of twelve pieces of fish and there was three packs of vinegar. I would’ve made a complaint to the manager but she was quite ok with the young man eating as well as passing out those disgusting packs of tartar. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had there.
