Waffle House

I tried to call in this morning. But I was told that item I was trying to purchase was not call in item. So I was trying to ask why. The person just hung the phone up. So I went to the establishment to purchase the item. Just before I left the waitress who taken my order said to the cook that I called them earlier about the item. So the cook said I should go somewhere else to eat. That's most unprofessional behavior exhibited. I am send corporation an email because I wanted to why because in the past we were allowed to order. This person had very hostile attitude. But the cook very good.

I gave them 1 star because the talking at the cooking place is too much. I love their food, great customer service but they should minimize the talking because at the end of the day, too much spit and saliva will be in customers food and it's not good for our health.
