Overall the food tastes highly processed. There's a lot of space inside of the building which was nice, but there aren't many chairs in seating, so if it's a busy day you might not be able to sit down and eat or dine in. The initial wait time for your food varies depending on how many people are inside, but I felt in my own opinion the food tasted a bit processed. Although it's labeled as BBQ and seafood, there aren't many seafood options. I'm a pescatarian. I primarily eat only fish so to only see Salmon. I was highly disappointed.

Always a pleasant experience and wonderful customer service as well as amazing food. I highly recommend anyone in the area stopping by if they get a chance. This has been my worst This Is It experience. Since I have seen multiple people with the same complaint as myself, I feel compelled to leave a rating as well bc the issue is not being fixed. The drive thru service was terrible. The cashier was very unfriendly and handed the food over to me as if she was saying, “Here, now go” (she did not say this). Her body language was very much, “I do not want to be here.” I ordered the rib tips plate, and I wanted sauce on my ribs. When I go to the window, I was asked if I ordered them with no sauce and I said no. I confirmed that I DO want sauce. They ignored both requests and gave me ribs with no sauce and put the bbq on the side. For people that actually eat bbq religiously that is a big deal. When someone tells you that they want sauce ON their ribs, you DO NOT proceed to give them naked ribs and sauce on the side. Your prices are not low enough to just give whatever. Give the customer what they request. I don’t just hand over my money like, “h
