Waffle House

After I walked in directly to the register an employee asked if I called in or carry out. I responded with carry out...all 8 employees walked away and said nothing. Customers at only one table. After waiting a while I asked "was I supposed to call in?" Finally someone said only one person there was allowed to take carry out orders. Several minutes later, After completing whatever she was doing, she came and took my order. She didn't even bring my order once it was completed yet the person who rang up my order shouted to everyone "...orders in a rush and doesn't leave a tip." Had I seen anyone in a rush I might have left a tip.

Went to this location which was very busy. Staff did not greet when walking in to let us know there was a wait or that they would be right with us. In the midst of waiting for our table the staff was arguing back and forth with each other about not wanting to wash dishes and other staffing issues. Then as we are sitting there the staff is fighting and arguing with customers. Using foul language back and forth. It was very unprofessional. Although the cooks continues to cook and the waitress tried her best to help us kindly. At the end food was satisfying.

Came in with a bunch of people at around 3am, and even though many of the party weren't sober, the service was exceptional and understanding. Very helpful and attentive, even chatted with us. Not many Waffle Houses get that personal, especially so late at night with a rowdy group. It was a pleasant experience!
