We met a family member at Popeyes first to grab a bite to eat before we got back on the road and the started yelling as we walked in the door “no ma’am they need to go”. They were short staffed and did not want to take us inside at all. We left and went to bk two buildings over. They were also short staffed but you could not tell from the customer we received. They were polite and insisted we take our time eating. Veronica and Victoria took our order with patience and curtosy. We appreciate how they handled themselves and our service.

I arrived there after my recent trip to the Seminole hard Rock across the street. The woman who helped me up front was extremely nice friendly I give her a five-star rating 10 out of 10. The original chicken sandwich combo and four piece mozzarella sticks with no complaints whatsoever. One of the best fast food restaurants I've been to in a while as far as service goes and the quality of their food

Every time I come here, it takes almost 30 mins to get through the drive thru, they can't understand their own menu options even when explained clearly, and they always have a bad attitude from the start of the conversation. I'm sorry but a drive thru employee should not greet you by saying "what do you want?" or "go ahead" Even after all the struggle they get the order wrong 90% of the time. Simple instructions should not be hard to follow.
