Waffle House

very unprofessional. i walked in the only person in there with people sitting. lady sat on her phone for 15 minutes, ask what can she do for me & has the phone in my face the whole time.

Ordered 2 Steak and Eggs, almost $40 for both meals. Waitress only put 1 steak in bag with all of the sides. (Sun 11:39 pm). Called store number to report it, number specifically says that they do not accept customer calls ( Mon 12:45 am). Stopped in Monday day, was told by cook that there IS no manager but that the team lead would be in the next day (Tues). My brother ( who paid for both steaks) stopped in on Tues but was told by the cook that the team lead spoke to her Manager(???) and was told to not to reimburse for the missing steak; that she would just be giving food away for free. NO recourse if there is a problem with your order after take out ( Phone number that basically tells you that they will not be speaking to you.) & Extreme lack of customer service even in an instance of their own employee's incompetence. Brother ate there often but only my 3rd or 4th visit however we will both not be returning. Oh, and the one steak we did get was not cooked like we asked, overcooked.

I took my family here on June 4th and I won't be coming back. The two young ladies from night shift was incredibly rude and racist. The dinner was incredibly dirty and unprofessional. They always complain and harass the customers. Extremely disappointing and seriously need to fire the two young lady. They should take lesson from restaurants next door to them. They do their job and they are very professional.
