Sometimes I go to this Chick-fil-A just to watch them work, it is definitely something to behold! I like how clean the places all the time! The proficiency with which they operate is amazing! And the quality of the food is consistently great. How do they do it?! It’s a Win-Win for everybody! We can all learn a lesson or two from this place, hard work, organization, kind demeanor = professionalism of the highest level! It’s almost like watching a pit crew in NASCAR race but with big smiles! Go see what I’m talking about you’ll be impressed!
The lines were supper long but they moved very quickly. The staff very friendly. They did not get our order completely right but when I called to let them know. The manager made it up by putting the thing that was left off on our app and give us a free item. That is customer service at its best. They can definitely set the example for all other fast food restaurants
one of the worst experiences here. this place has been worse and worse each time i come. today the hash browns in both meals i got were mashed and crushed, not a single whole hash brown just torn pieces. their soda machine must be out of syrup bc both drinks i was given tasted like flavored water. and the cherry on top was them not giving me the sauces i asked for twice. maybe go to another location before you choose this one or you’ll surely be disappointed
