Waffle House

My experience was excellent! I literally had the best customer service I have ever had at Waffle house. Carla was our server. Not only was she extremely polite and courteous, but she suggested a new menu item and was extremely attentive during our meal.

We left the restaurant across the street after being neglected half an hour last night! Our waitress at Waffle House, Pinson, AL was AMAZING! Greeted as soon as we made it in the door! We barely got seated when she brought our drinks! Hubby, 2 grands, and I said Waffle House was the best part of our day! Our waitress gave excellent service!

Tell your short brown hair young girl that walks past people and not even acknowledge their existence to do better if she doesn’t want to work then she needs to clock out and take it to the house. Didn’t take a drink order walked passed several times didn’t even look at us and say I’ll be with you when I can. That makes all the difference. Just go home if it’s that bad. She needs to be fired quite frankly. We were pretty much denied service for no reason. I didn’t even see her name because she never stopped. I’ve worked in restaurant management for years and that is unacceptable. I’d notice that as a manager and have her clock out.
