Terrible, unprofessional, and all together disgusting. I had to repeat my order multiple times and they still got it wrong. Waited at the window to let them know about the mistake, after letting them know they still gave me an incorrect order. So I had to go in and get my order fixed.. they were all just standing around giving nasty looks to me until finally they corrected it. Food service is a stressful job, but there is no reason for them to act the way they did. They need real training in food and service..

Please get competent employees to work the drive thru. Apparently ordering 4 items is just too much for the people today to comprehend. Horrible experience here. Definitely won’t be back!

I went in stood in line about 5min while the kids were in the back talking and showing each other post on their phone. When they took my order it took over 10min for the girl to come back to the front with now my cold double cheese burger and warm fries. I've have enough of the workers saying or calling the main office does nothing but slow them down even more. Just wish kids knew work is to work it takes customers to keep the business going. So I'll go down the street to get it my way and NOT their way at McJoke
