Waffle House

It was very cold in the store at 8:00 in the morning Court was a server and he was great that's the only thing good about the place except the food food was good jukebox playing so loud you couldn't hear somebody talking at the same table you were at

This place is falling off bad! The manager there was the only reason we even stayed. First off it wasn't anyone in there and we had to wait for tables to be cleaned. Second it's fall and I can't make this up, it felt like 20 degrees in there. We couldn't enjoy the food(even if it was good) for blowing cold air out your mouth. Then the food was just ok. I don't like that when you pull up, the cooks are outside smoking sitting on the ground. Glad this wasn't the case for us until we left, but who knows what happened before we arrived. This was my last visit for this location, they need to retrain and get back on course. I use to love this location but I'm over it. You decide for yourself, but I just can't go back it's too many germs as it is. I don't need cooks taking smoke breaks sitting on the ground to come back and cook my food.

Horrible service. The food was really good by the cook but the server needs some customer service lessons she had an AirPod in her ear the whole time and acted like she was to good to wait in us.
