I took a few bites and both biscuits are disgusting and very hard I’m disappointed!! They are also rude .
The management must be very proud of the staff working tonight (Thursday, August 25, 2022) at the Augusta rd, Piedmont location. They are so very, very slow and rude. We ordered online; what was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes took 45 minutes. However others ordered at the drive through after us and they got their order in a few minutes. When. We finally got our order my daughter in law made a comment about it taking a long time to the girl that brought it out. She told my daughter in law to go to hell. Really!!!!!! I believe I need to get in touch with cooperate office and compliment this location we will never visit again.
The rudest drive through employees that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.overall I enjoy a good Bojangles but this location sucks . Upper management should clean house or close the doors. They have a 3.5 review rating which is ridiculously to high it should be 0. I would not reccomend this location to anyone.
