Waffle House

At 2pm they were not taking customers any more, all the tables were dirty and they said they were close, but the door was open. It was sad, appeared that they had a challenging day.

Idk the name of the manager that was on morning shift today 05/05/2022 but he was awesome. He was the only employee this morning sadly and had to call around for extra help but he handles my 3 orders at once very well. My food wasn’t over cooked and I didn’t have to ask for butter syrup or utensils. Everything was in the bag. Even though he needed additional he didn’t get irritated and was very respectful and well mannered. You guys need more people like him! I’ve never seen him there before. It usually when I come there people are rude, and food is over cooked. You can tell who really appreciates their job and who doesn’t. Kutos to you dude!

After a long day of flying from TX to SC to VA, with MULTIPLE things going wrong from connecting flights and issues at the rental car counter, I just wanted to sit down and enjoy a hot meal. The ladies told me they were short-handed and could not offer dine-in. I explained my stressful day to them, and the kind ladies made an exception. Outstanding customer service and fresh, hot food. Waffle house always takes care of me!
