This Pino's was super close to where we were staying during a trip to Richmond. We got the Pino's Deluxe pizza to go one night and then needed somewhere open a little late one night so we dined in (they were open until 10pm on a weeknight). We got the Tuesday night special (two of the regular pasta choices for like $19). I got the beef tortellini and my boyfriend got the manicotti. Both were delicious and tasted fresh and had really good sauce. Bonus points for local charm, friendly customer service, salads and even bread.
The pizza did not taste good unfortunately. However, the person at the front was friendly and provided good customer service. Hoping that if I ever come back thought the food will be better.
Purchased pizza today, and does not meet the Pino's quality I am used to. Severely disappointed in quality and customer service received.
