I think its crazy that you cant call and speak with some one, in reference to your order. You order on line and it does not allow to to make certain specifics with you order online. I got my sandwich , got to work and the sandwich was wrong. I'm more that certain that if I had taken it back they would have corrected it. I was unable to call be cause you cant speak to anyone when you call. I was unable to take it back because I didn't have time to go there and wait for them to redo my order. If I was able to call ahead they would have has it ready. I'm just saying !!!!!! I would have liked to have what I ask and pay for !!!!!!
The prices are nuts. The service is horrible. No one who works here is happy. My sausage n eggs was good $9. My friend ordered an omelette without hot peppers, she was given an omelette with jalapenos $14. Blonde waitress walked out without ever asking us if we were happy, or wanted more coffee.
This restaurant can't keep employees at all! 1 person in there this morning that was CLEARLY not a cook. Worse Waffle House breakfast I've ever had.
