Stopped here because of triple D. Guy should've tried the rest of the menu. I had the Cuban sandwich. Meh. She has the double burger and said it was okay. The beer selection is mostly cans. Nice outside dining area and definitely off the beaten path from Charleston. Oh, the duck fat fries, couldn't taste the difference between those and any other fries.
Amazing food. Cool atmosphere. Staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. The crowd is all types. I had the Brunswick stew and the brunch burger. More than I could eat but I tried my best because it was really good. If you are in the area stop in. They have great drinks and it was a great time.
First. THE SERVICE SUCKS. If you want to go to a place and be totally ignored then this is the place to go. There was 14 people at the bar and 3 bartenders and you still got ignored. And then there was Mannie. She is one of the best servers i have had in my travels. She was knowledgeable about the menu and super great. How she is the only one that works there is beyond me. She was super friendly. The ducks fries were nothing special. Tasted the same as any other fries. Had an order of pork skins that were good but needed a dipping sauce to eat them with. The Ruben was ok. The meat had a good taste. The street corn was horrible. The corn was so small you couldn't eat it. There was more toppings o. The corn than actual corn. The hamburger was good. Homemade patties made it good. The Chicken salad was ok but missing something. This just goes to show that just because you made it on a TV show, doesn't mean you are that good, just different. I would definitely not come here again and wish I
