We got there around 10pm the staff was so nice they went above and beyond however I heard their conversation they were only 2 of them and some worked extra hours bc there was understaffed. They did everything to wait on us and they were so nice this was Saturday night. Shame on me for not getting their names but they showed they care about their job. And they always smiled.
The best Waffle House I've ever been to. The customer service was awesome. The food was given to us fast, well cooked, and super yummy.
Used to be a regular....Until the cook flat out refuses to serve 'to go' orders during evening hours. Not sure the reasoning as tipping is always top notch and only difference would be the plate the food is put in. Servers are always nice and friendly but from the past 4 years of frequenting this location, I have never once seen the evening cook in a good mood. Hopefully they notice he is turning away business as I hate to see this location suffer :(
