Service when we received it was awesome. The restaurant didn't' have enough employees. They did the best they could with the staff they had. Unfortunately, we waited for drink refills after our food came and never received them. That made it hard to eat without anything to drink. As for the food, some of the food was good and some was just terrible. My hubby's pancakes, eggs, bacon, biscuits and ham he said were good. My son's chicken tenders were hard and he just couldn't eat them. I ordered a veggie plate. Turnip greens had a good flavor but they were mushy and looked as if they were the last little bit at the bottom of the pan. The creamed potatoes were dry, hard and not worth eating. The pinto beans were hard, dry, and had a green bean and some hash browns in it. It just wasn't worth the cost or the 2 hours we waited. Unfortunately, that's what happens when they are short staffed and noone wants to work. Hope this place gets better!

I would've given one more star if my steak would've came out right the second time. Great service. We had Nicholas twice first he was being trained and next night he was on his own. He felt bad for my steak. He held his own very well. Hats off to him but your steak cook needs more training. Food : 3/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 … More

This is what I got when I tried to order a meal. Boiled chicken and three slices of not ripe tomatoes. The chicken was even cold. This is all I got for breakfast. I could not eat the rubber chicken. I have Alpha Gal Syndrome. I explained that to both the server and her supervisor. This was the best that they could do for me. How come I can go to Taco Bell and get fresh food without the worry of cross contamination, but Cracker Barrel can’t even plate one dish? Nobody from management stopped by our table and asked if they could help. This is pathetic. I challenge anyone on the Cracker Barrel management team to live as I do for one week You would find a way to serve healthy food that everyone can eat. This was on a Thursday at 10:45 AM. No excuses for the lack of customer service provided. Not even a coffee refill. EDIT I was contacted by “Customer Service “ and that is as far as it went. Cracker Barrel is on the way downhill in my opinion. Avoid this location. Second edit. I requested
