Awfully ok experience server was new cook was awful after a few attempts he got it right Biscuits in gravy nasty taste like jelly

The vibes are immaculate. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, i didn’t get her exact name, but i believe our server’s name was Cletricia(?) — she made my first Waffle House experience perfect. Thank you ????????

I goto waffle houses all over the country traveling and this is the first one where I was very disappointed. First one ever where I never left a tip. Maura was my waitress and first thing she says is not hi or welcome but "You need to wait someone is ahead of you." I say oook no problem. Never got asked if I needed more coffee but she did ask how is everything and I said well my sausages are overcooked (it's clear they made them hours ago and they have been sitting on the grill. They were crunchy even). Her response was what do you mean? Look ok to me. I dont get it. She than walked to the old guy on the grille and said this guy wants non cooked sausage than gives me next to raw sausages. Rude service. Bad food. And waffle was undercooked. First time I left a waffle house without giving a tip. I can see why waffle houses are dying in this area.(
