Super Rude employees called to ask about missing items. You get paid to make food and read a screen and you catch an attitude although y’all messed up?
My fries were old & Luke warm, my chicken was old & dried out. But that Pot Pie was on point!!!
Never got anything. Went to drive up to get 2 orders of chicken strip basket but they didn't act like they wanted to make them for me. I told them I would wait the 6mins to get them. Then waited 20 more minutes to tell me they haven't dropped them yet! I pulled off. 45 minutes wasted for nothing. Then I went to Culver's, had 15 people in front of me and got the food in my hands in 15 minutes! Never again KFC, bad management! Always feel like I have to argue with someone at your store, just to get my food! You can keep it and be unpleasant to someone else! Dated 10/14/22 @ 6:00pm
