Waffle House

To call this an experience was an understatement. Amazing server, she was just awesome. The food tasted home cooked. But the people behind me were the best part Ruth was goin on and on about some domestic violence. And it all happens at a Waffle House.

Excellent place to be and/or eat and the customer service and utmost RESPECT is the best food for the warmed heart-you come to Waffle House yes of course for the food but you always stick around and actually enjoy your experience because of the hardworking people behind that counter and standing in front of the hot grill cooking your food. It is always very streamlined in all aspects. The fact that the buildings for any and every Waffle House are small, it is perfect for who they are and their basic-of-basic beliefs of how customer service is the cornerstone AND the lamp light of treating customers how they SHOULD BE treated, instead of what you feel they should be treated like. Prior to this particular visit with my cousin and her husband, I had not been in a Waffle House in a decade. There are some business models for food/fast food that work on uniformity being their trademark....Waffle House however keeps uniformity in all they do because the quality output shows it all. I'm fully aware that it's Waffle House, but WOW! 2 consecutive times, I watched the waitresses turn down business, and I'm talking A LOT of business! Only allowing 6 customers at a time, on a Saturday!? Then, tonight, 10/8/22.. As I patiently waited for over 10 mins to be acknowledged, the older waitresses was being rude to customers. She was throwing dirty cups next to the customers sitting at the bar's food, as dirty dish water flew all over people's food. Finally, at least 10mins later, I was told that carry out takes extra time, and that I could not place an order. I use to work at this exact Waffle House. The place was not even that busy. The Starving Parvin has gone Waay down hill! If I was the owner, I'd be livid!!
