Waffle House

Our party of six arrived to find limited seating due to pandemic spacing measures, but the staff quickly moved things around and seated us close together. Our waitress got a couple of the orders a little wrong (it was pretty noisy in there at the time), but she was clearly working very hard at her job, so we didn't request replacements. Everything was tasty and came off the grill very fast. This location is in a good area and is nice and clean. I would definitely choose to eat there again if looking for a Waffle House close to the airport.

Fresh off the plane and looking for a place to eat at 10:30 at night. First off, the food was great and affordable. Secondly, the staff worked together as a team and the food came out quickly. Nikki and another coworker gave us recommendations to things to check out as first time Kansas City visitors. All in all, this place is recommended for a great bite at any time (open 24hours).

Came in to get a to go order and it took me 45 min to get it. I get that the young lady was the only server on the floor yet she showed no ambition. Definitely not qualified to be the only server on the floor. Watched 3 customers walk out the door and every table was dirty. Do better Waffle House! Coming from someone that used to work for you... One slooooow order at a time and absolutely no prebussing skills whatsoever. Should I call my order in an hour early next time???
