LongHorn Steakhouse

The staff was wonderful, attentive, personable, fun, chatty - I loved the atmosphere. Both our steaks were incredibly salty; it was awful. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back until the kitchen gets dialed in. Edit 10/22/22 Pretty disappointed to see this feedback not addressed, but we’ll be going back tonight so hopefully it’s better this time.

Hostess and some of the waitresses here need proper training on basic common sense skills customer service. We had a group of 6 and hostess wanted us to sit in 2 separate booths and when asked to put 2 tables together she immediately said it can't be done without even checking.. and there was hardly anybody else in the restaurant...waitress either had two many different jobs or didn't care to wait on our table...overall weird experience...

We kicked off lunch with some awesome wing appetizers. The Kansas City Strip I ordered medium rare, and it was cooked to perfection. The shrimp I ordered was very tasty and complimented very well with lightly seasoned rice. Longhorn is definitely my new favorite spot for steak. Kid-friendliness: The staff were very kind to our baby.
