Waffle House

Understaffed so it took awhile for the waitress to get to our table. Another staff member saw we had been waiting and brought us drinks. Order was prepared properly and was not greasy as in found in some other WH location. We did not hold it against the staff that they were shirt staffed and left a great tip for the waitress and other staff member who helped her out.

I went there at 7 am this morning when I walked in the waitress greeted me took my order and she was very nice. The cook was a woman with a long beautiful weave but she didn’t have on a hair net my first thought was I hope that her hair don’t end up in my food. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on wheat with a Oj my sandwich was cooked fast . I took my food and was half way home and realized I didn’t have my OJ well I wasn’t going back to get it too close to home. I get home start eating my sandwich and there was a long black hair in my eggs , the cooks should have hair nets on while cooking food. That was very nasty.

Very unclean establishment. The employees aren’t practicing any type of protocol w/ the handling of the food. I just saw a worker behind the grill leave & go outside to briefly talk to someone that was in there car & immediately came back in to go right back on the grill. I didn’t see any gloves or washing of any hands!!!! Very very unsanitary.
