Manager wouldn’t let me place an order inside due to us not having mobile app orders. Drive thru is darn near wrapped around the building with nobody inside. Especially after a long hard day of work. I feel that is such an inconvenience and a way to force you into using something you don’t desire too. Definitely will be contacting corporate as I’m sure the objective of the business is to make money and provide great customer while doing so. Not turning customers away for not having an app or an mobile or online order. Had to drive over 10 miles to the next restaurant. Very irritated because I usually have great experiences as I frequently go here every other day.
Went into lobby and was told they were only open for online pickup. Ok that's fine but went to drive thru and reached the window...worker said "what you had". I said I don't know u tell me...rude and looking at me like I'm the one who messed up the order. Dave please find better workers
