Waffle House

Worst waffle house experience of my life! Brandon was our waiter and this dude didn't know left from right, seriously don't know what he was on but the staff was too busy arguing and blaming eachother to even take my order. Was there over an hour waiting for food then an additional 20 minutes to pay since they boxed my dine in order and the mixed female employee was holding up the checkout as part of whatever employee fued was going on. Absolutely terrible.

So I went there for a waffle & a side of bacon to go, because that is what I was craving. How come when I got home to sit down to eat my food, one of my pieces of bacon was completely crumbled? Also, they took forever for them to give me my order, don’t know when I’ll be back to this location, hurstbourne location is much better, at least my bacon is in tact.

The food was delicious and filling! Best grits always! Prices are reasonable. It took a few minutes for food preparation because it was so crowded. The "super- busy" staff was friendly, caring and precise. As a team, they worked diligently to assure complete customer satisfaction. The dining area, parking lot and women's restroom were clean. However, the question is: "Why must I travel south of Illinois to enjoy the Waffle House?"
