Logan's Roadhouse

Food was good. Service terrible. Ordered online and told food would be ready at 10:03. It was 10:30 before it was ready. Ordered BBQ with sauce. Got a small portion with no sauce. Ordered potatoes with brown gravy. Got no gravy. Just really ridiculous.

The food was okay. The waiter was busy so there were a few times that we had to track him down. He took a minute to warm up to us. He didn't upsell or give any suggestions. I got potato skins which I liked. I also got salmon topped with a spinach type dip and shrimp over mashed potatoes. The loaded baked potato was not what I expected. I loved the rolls. The drinks were okay.

We haven't eaten at Logan's since the pandemic started. The first negative was they were out of soft drinks totally! Second I noticed that the floors were very clean.. no peanut shells! We were told that the free peanuts had been done away with to save $5 million dollars yearly, nationwide. We ordered the sweet tea, had to order separate sugar packets because it was really not that sweet! The service was decent and the staff was friendly enough. The portions were small and my partners steak had to be returned because it was not cooked as ordered. Upon return, it did not appear to be cooked any differently... But she accepted anyhow to avoid any more conflict. I feel that we should have been comped some of the bill to compensate for all of the issues since we paid almost $40 for two meals.
