Waffle House

A few weeks ago, experienced excellent service, today was awful. Requested a booth which was denied because I was by myself. So i was seated next to the cashier, probably noisiest place in buildings. Next waitress asked what do I want to eat, my response was may I have menu. Then, after a 10 minute wait person finally returned to take my order. Was served raw bacon, had to ask for a coffee refill which it never occurred. And, all of this lack of customer service occurred while I was surrounded by multiple empty booths. Needless to say i do not plan to return. Site was fully staffed, not that busy and today's customer service sucked.

Don’t ever go here and use your card THEY WILL!!! Over charge your card and NOT give you a refund for it. When I went there to tell them about the issue another customer overheard and had the same problem with them before and they only use cash now. I went yesterday morning my bill was $10 I was charged $25. I’m not tripping over the money I’m tripping over the double charging without permission and not giving me a refund.

Bacon raw. Omelette greasy, under cooked. Staff YELLING at each other. Cook said he needs some Tums. Should have gone to Joe’s Inn.
