Most of the guys at this place are awesome. It's clean, run well, staff is very nice, etc. There are a couple of employees taking orders that they give TINY portions. I mean like 1/2 a scoop of rice, 1/2 a scoop of chicken, etc. When you ask for more and get charged for double, but that's the normal amount at any other Chipotle, somethings wrong. I'm not sure why they act so stingy and upset when you ask for more when every other place, and other workers at this location gives a normal portion.
The rice was way under cooked. Crunchy rice. We did not get the toppings we requested through the online ordering. Just bland. Both bowls.
This location has fallen off just like Virginia Center. Too many kids working with no seasoned Adult for supervision. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Chipotle is not it anymore.
