I work at a Waffle House in NC. I decided to visit this WH last night and this morning since it is right next to my hotel! The service last night was amazing! The server last night was so sweet and very kind! However, the service this morning was not the best. The morning server brought my food and never checked on me after that. I also asked her for Mayo and WH sauce when she came back with the food, and didn’t even really acknowledge my response. Regardless, the food was delicious! The restaurant looked clean and I would go again, I’d just sit in another servers section.
a small and nice place, just that poorly attended the tables are neglected and they are not cleaned properly I went a year ago and maybe it won't work in a few more years
This place was arguing with customers when got there and soon as we open the door they refused our service because they were angry. I work I customer service and sometimes it can be challenge but when you go to work that's what your job is to take care of customer. They were rude and very unwelcoming and disappointing. Everyone working after midnight on 9/2/23 should no longer work for the public. Give it to someone who wants to earn their money!!!! ????
