Waffle House

Waitress was very rude and inattentive. I was not acknowledged for 10 minutes once I arrived. (they weren't busy, and I was the 4th patron in the restaurant). It seemed to be a very heavy burden for the waitress to have to take my complicated order of a double order of hash browns (scattered, plain) which was to-go. My food was literally thrown into a bag with a sigh of annoyance. The ketchup I asked for was dropped on the floor, picked up, and thrown into the bag. I didn't get any utensils to eat with and didn't dare ask. I still tipped 50% on my check. She saw the 2 dollar tip I left on the 4 dollar check and LAUGHED AT ME. ..... Why???!! My hash browns were under cooked and there was nasty gunk and dirt all in my bag of food and on the container itself from the ketchup she dropped on the wet nasty floor. I just don't get it. Why act that way? I'll never EVER be back. I literally paid money to be disrespected, mistreated and served dangerous nasty food. I'm floored. This is an abso

By far the most worst service ever experienced from any waffle house ive walked in. I will start with the biggest fact and one that would usually allow me to cut them a break being they were understaffed and overworked but the attention span of a knatt is his being them credit where credit is not due. To sit at a dirty table for 15+ min and watch them take the order of a party that came in 2 party's after you is enough to just piss you off. Too watch a cook burn 5 orders of hash browns in a row says that cool shouldn't be allowed any where near a grill. It was quite sad. Damn sure didn't leave a tip but honestly should have left a request for them to pay us. My family will never ever ever walk back in this location of 1555 limestone Pkwy Gainesville GA
