Went by to get something cause I was hungry. Cook said he didn't have a server so he couldn't wait on me..really isn't your job to take care of the customer. This state's waffle houses suck if you work nights.
I ordered a patty melt with bacon no onions. Received the order… with onions, came back to get the order redone properly and now there’s no bacon. Terrible customer service. Be sure and and say your order repeatedly, they are hard of hearing.
I ordered a cheese steak plate from the Waffle House last night around 12 something on two notch rd , and didn’t receive the right order. It not only happen to me a lot of other customers too . Bad service, waited an hour for food.
