My brother and his family were in town this past weekend and he wanted a great steak so I recommended Texas Roadhouse. Our wait was about 30 minutes which isn’t bad on a Saturday night. Our waitress Dee was OUTSTANDING and VERY PROFESSIONAL while engaging with not only my family but as well as other patrons. Our food was DELICIOUS. Service was PHENOMENAL. My husband and I will be coming back very soon and we will be requesting DEE PERSONALLY!
Food was decent, not great but good enough. My party was not impressed with the service. While minimally acceptable, there were problems. Our server was not very attentive. We spent too much time trying to get his attention. I asked for ketchup. It was put on the table from behind over my shoulder. He apparently was late for an "appointment" at his home base, the kitchen. When it came time to pay we were left on our own to to figure out how to use the payment device at our table. We passed by several employees on the way out. Not one thank you, have a nice day, come back again (which we won't). You really need to improve the service part of this restaurant.
Wed eve we had dinner and Lani waited on us. She gave us full attention and we were very pleased. She checked on us every few minutes to see if we needed anything .. great girl.. rolls were hot. I had ribeye and hubby had chicken. Fried pickles as an appetizer .Margaritas we’re awesome
