Waffle House

Today is 12/31/2022; below is a picture of the “omelette” I received from the Waffle House at this location. The cook who made this left a little before 9pm. He was bright skinned, black boots/shoes, hoodie and cap on, riding a skateboard to the train station. Not only was the omelette so bad that I didn’t feel safe eating it, my toast were half cooked with butter all over them and soggy. I need a refund ASAP. It’s as if he just made my meal any kind of way. It had to be intentional, because of how badly it was thrown together.

This place was a hot mess! Yes it was after midnight but they had no waffles, no ham, no steak, no raisin toast and they stopped taking orders! Thankfully my order was placed online otherwise I would have received no food. The waitstaff and cook were arguing and it was just crazy. Went here because Waffle House is known for 24 hour service but when you have none of your main items or stop taking orders I don’t see how the downtown locations stay open.

I got the chicken sandwhich deluxe and it was really good. The staff was also very nice and we weren't waiting that long for our food to come out
