The Food Is Always 10/10 That's The Only Reason For 2 Stars & Not -2 , The Service Is Really Bad Now & It's Slowly Getting Worse. I Used To Come Here All The Time & Everything Was Great But Lately They Have Been Running Out Of Food By 2 AM Even Though They're Open Til 4. They Tell You To Order Online But Even When You Order Online & Get Here At The Pick Up Time It's Not Ready. They're Opening Time Is 11:30 But They Have Been Arriving Late & Actually Taking Orders Even Later. I Ordered My Food Online & My Pickup Time Was Originally 11:50, At 11:40 They Texted & Said It Would Be Ready At 12:20 , I Arrived At 12:25 & They Weren't Even Taking Orders Or Handing Out Orders, They Were Still Prepping, They Didnt Start Taking Orders Til 12:45 & Told Me My Order Would Take An Additional 10 Minutes. My Food Wasn't Ready Until 1:15. So What Was Really The Point Of Me Ordering Online Anyway ? Like I Said The Food Is Good But Not Worth The Hassle. Sadly Yall Just Lost A Loyal Customer
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The food is DELICIOUS. My favorites are the rib tips, loaded cheesesteak fries, and grilled jerk chicken. I’m so happy that we discovered this food truck. Out of hundreds of different restaurants that I’ve tried, this is my #1. Prices are great and the portions are amazing. The food just takes a while to get prepared. Just ordered online tonight. I ordered at 12:47. My pickup was at 1:05. The time is currently 2:10. The food is worth the wait though, I’m not going to complain about it at all.
Food is excellent. But Always room for improvement like waiting time and appropriately letting folks know through texts when food is actually ready for pick up.
