Vung Tau

THIS PLACE SEEMS TO BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED. SEE PICTURE. I don't usually rate 1 star to places that are closed but doing so to get notices to potential visitors so that they're aware. The place is completely fenced off, with lots of dirt and trash around the perimeter. Pretty sure if they were just doing a remodeling or something it would be better kept. Phone voice mailbox is full, website does not have an update, and no replies to emails. It's always possible they're temporary closed, but all signs point to this restaurant no longer being in business.

Good food, fair portions (not big or small). Atmosphere is nice and clean. Service is surprisingly good and attentive for a Vietnamese restaurant. Prices aren't cheap at around $20/person for entree and soft drink. They've also got a bar for alcohol-based beverages. Worth it overall, would come back. Would probably give a full five stars if it was a couple bucks less per person.

Great service, nice restaurant. Authentic menu. I tried the bun bo hue. It was loaded with meat and it was a large portion. Wasn’t too spicy, just enough to add a good flavour. Really enjoyed the meal and would come back.
