There aren’t too many times you go to fast food restaurant anymore and see GREAT service. Upon taking my order today at Viva Chicken in waverly, the cashier had SUCH A GREAT attitude! He was warm, welcoming, and looked like he actually enjoyed his job. He literally lifted my spirits. I usually don’t leave reviews but just wanted to give Black his props for doing such a great job! Keep it up, Blake! You will go far in life with an attitude of service like you have!
The manager saw we were a group of ladies and made sure we were sitting comfortably and was even willing to make something special It was not on the regular menu but they're catering menu but I declined. Got the fruit had a more liquid with the fruit but it was all cut up fresh stuff. Parking: The location has so many restaurants in the evening we ended up parking up to essentially 2 blocks away to get a spot.
I’m not sure what has been going on with this Viva chicken location but over the last six months I have seen a decline in the quality of their lettuce and salads. The chicken and other toppings are always really good but sometimes a salad is either limp, a little brown, or has a strange taste to it. Overall I really like Viva Chicken. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because of the quality of their salads lately
