Ted's Montana Grill

When I say this place is amazing! It is just that AMAZING. The food was so delicious and the customer service is outstanding. I visited this location on a date night with a gentleman for the first time. Unfortunately my date began making me feel really uncomfortable and spooked me out MAJORLY. Lidia, Blaine, Donnie, Darrel and Katie STEPPED RIGHT IN AND MADE SURE THAT I WAS NOT ONLY SAFE BUT WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO TAKE ME TO MY VEHICLE. I’ve never experience a restaurant who not only had amazing food and customer service but that genuinely cared for my safety and stopped at no cost to ensure that i wasn’t taken advantage of. This was so dear to my heart. God Bless all of you.

Aside from not getting ketchup for my burger (after asking) and the stale bun, it’s was ok. They use to have THE BEST customer service years ago…and I mean THE BEST. I’ve been to several locations around the U.S.

Extremely disappointed in our experience this time and definitely won’t return. The bison ribeye that we ordered was super tough and chewy. After voicing my concern to the manager I was less than impressed with her response. It really was an empty apology and smile. While I do appreciate her offer to replace the steak with a better cut, I expected leadership to be more genuine in their response to customer feedback. It was very off putting and more disappointing than the lackluster meal. I do want to shout out the hostess Christine, she was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! When I spoke with her about our meal she was empathetic and seemed to really care about our experience. In addition, that young lady really hustled! She was all over the entire restaurant seating customers, cleaning tables and refilled our drinks. I was impressed by her ability to multitask so efficiently and handle customers with GENUINE concern. Thanks Christine for being the highlight of our experie
