Village Inn

My wife and I enjoyed the new remodel of this location, but if a diner is gonna be looking this nice the food needs to follow through. The food came out looking and tasting mediocre. My kids cheeseburgers came with lettuce with dried ends, my wife’s biscuits and gravy came over done with the biscuits being hard along with the gravy being overly thick, my Buffalo chicken sandwich looked like I can make it at home, chicken didn’t have flavor or the taste of Buffalo on it. Long story short, it’ll be while before we consider making a return here. Not worth the money we spent.

My last two visits here have been the same: incredible food quality, friendly service, and remarkable experiences. Short staffed, like everyone else, and still producing amazing food. It was surprising, I admit. And despite the shortage of help, the staff were all very kind. Ordered: Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt ( below ) The Ultimate Skillet w/ Pancakes Stop by, try em out. You'll be happy you went!

Wish I could give a zero!! Worst experience.ever! We waited 10 minutes to be seated and I had to walk to the kitchen area and ask to be seated.The waitress was unpleasant and appeared to hate her job yet reported she had just started. The manager was yelling profanities including the "f" word loud enough for customers to hear. The coffee was cold, the.pie which Village Inn has always been known for had a doughy crust. My water was never refilled.We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant the other was playing a game and not eating so she only had our table. We arrived 55 minutes before closing and only ordered pie and coffee and were out before closing ...we did not go to inconvenience them but they acted like we were.
