Quick lunch visit @ Villa Grande. Seated without a wait, chips and salsa delivered pretty quickly after; Our server arrived about 5-7 mins later. Server was friendly and attentive, remembered each item we ordered without writing it down. Food and drinks were tasty, we ordered a chicken chimichanga with rice and veggies, and shrimp tacos with rice and veggies as well. Chimichanga was cheesy and good, shrimp and veggies had a smoky aroma and flavor. Our particular dining table was a little wobbly as well as my chair. Balanced it out as best as we could, and tried not put our arms on the table. We were hungry, and this was not a deal breaker, might ask to change tables if this bothers you however.???? Final thoughts, good tasty food, good + strong drinks, super close and convenient location proximity — we will definitely return.
Al pastor tacos were some of the best I've had, only wish I had more!
Enjoyed this restaurant that was only about 10 minutes drive from my home. Perfect day for patio action. Food was delicious and flavorful.
