Dinner for 3 on Nov 17 @ 5:45pm. Not our first rodeo at Venues. Yes, busy dinner hour but staffed well, and waitstaff should be use to chaos during rush hours….ours was not! She was slow, inattentive & made our dinner miserable! Brought our son who was visiting. He made the best of it but we were grumbling! Nice folks we are, still gave this turtle full 20% tip…she didn’t deserve it! Won’t mention names, again, we’re decent people but would like management to contact me for server’s name. SHE HAS A LOT TO LEARN!!!!!!!!
Great place, super friendly staff, delicious food! Went there for Wednesday, taco and margarita night, awesome margaritas, very delicious tacos, had one with blackened mahi mahi and one with tiger shrimp.
Wonderful experience! Went for my birthday lunch. Nice, casual atmosphere. Beautiful view of the desert garden across the street. Erick provided outstanding service. The food is GREAT! Sweet Heat Burger is a MUST try. Lemon Meringue Pie given for my birthday was excellent and made the experience extra special.
