I am in LA for business and stumbled onto the Veggie Grill. It was a great decision to stop in for lunch and I will be back! I tried the house blackbean burger and lentil soup. The burger was really good. The wheat bun overpowered the blackbean and mushroom patty a bite, but overall I was impressed. The lentil soup had great flavor and spice. I love small local places that focus on a vegetarian menu. The Veggie Grill did not disappoint. If you are looking for a restaurant that caters to vegetarian and vegan food, you need to try the Veggie Grill. Vegetarian options: The menu is dedicated to vegan and vegetarian food!
Delicious !!!! Please go it is so great ! Great restaurant
Being an Indian vegetarian who is looking for options outside some fixed food chains, veggie grill came as a surprise. Located near perishing square garden and in a happening DTLA neighborhood, you are greeted by a welcoming staff. We tried their classic and house veggie burger with sweet potato fries and chickpea greek salad. The greek chickpea salad came as a surprise with its tangy flavor. The food is expensive, heavy on pocket though. Everything was well cooked and properly served.
