With high expectations for an exceptional evening, I was genuinely excited to explore what the restaurant had to offer. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to several key factors. The most significant issue was the service, which fell far below my expectations. Our waitress appeared disinterested and unpleasant, which cast a shadow over the entire dining experience. It was evident that she didn't seem happy to be there, and her lack of enthusiasm was palpable. The lack of attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience was a major letdown. Despite this disappointing start, my party and I did our best to salvage the evening and enjoy our meal. I love their cocktail drink and salmon sushi. It melts in your mouth. The ambiance is so fancy.

For a restaurant focusing on sushi, their ramen is actually pretty bomb! Very flavorful and the noods had a lovely chew. The kurobota pork was fatty and just was super delish in the best possible way. A filling dish and I really enjoyed this more than the sushi. The vibe is very cool too. Modern atmosphere with cool decor and good service. It's in the basement of the hotel. There's a cool rooftop bar (Perch) at the top floor that is worth checking out. It gets pretty busy on the weekends with a wait to get in though!
