Super neat idea for an eatery! We went on Vegan Wednesday which was a little unfortunate only because the only chef for the evening was from Down2Earth Plant Based Cuisine (although it was delicious vegan food!). Will be going back again to try other chefs who work out of the test kitchen. From Down2Earth we ordered the Brussels sprouts, truffle Mac n cheese, and buffalo pizza. The Brussels sprouts were phenomenal!
DOWN 2 EARTH PLANT BASED truffle Mac N'Cheeze $13.99, a little pricey but good, maybe I'm biased because my partner ordered it, & I'm not a lover of Mac N'Cheeze, but really good for what it is! I like the concept of this restaurant (rotating guest chefs & events). Also, they do not support Apple Pay but are a contact less restaurant, which is more Open Table's fault
We had a fantastic experience! The food was fun and really delicious. Definitely a highlight of our trip.
