Vangel's Restaurant & Bar

Great atmosphere and the food was fantastic! Started with the shrimp scampi, then had a house salad and finished with the smash burger (came highly recommended and did not disappoint). Perfect addition to the area!

Had very high expectations but unfortunately when I realize that the favorite dish is the Fries and the marinara sauce I realize we had a problem. My wife ordered Italian salad with shrimp that came out warm and wilted. I got the tortellini which was more like ordering cream with tortellini and the tortellini was hard and rough around the edges and filled with what looks like Hillshire Farm sausage. My daughter ordered the pizza which basically bent almost 360° also full of Hillshire sausage and unfortunately the chicken tenders were so burnt my 8yr old couldn’t even eat them. But the kids mac & cheese was good and so are the old fashions. Unfortunately I’ll only be stopping by for drinks. Bummer.

India is the friendliest bartender and also the GM from another location. My sister and I really enjoyed the ambiance and fabulous updates of the the restaurant. Our dinners were prepared accurately and very hot. We will be coming back.
