Went in Friday to get lunch. Wait in line for 15 minutes with them taking orders ahead of me, only for them to decide to no longer take orders when I'm up. Said I could order through the app and come back to get food. Drive through is configured in a way that you cannot leave once in it without going through to Manchester, so I had to wait an additional few minutes to leave. I understand being short staffed and busy, but telling a customer that is already there and in line they can only order through the app, after watching you take 4 orders ahead of me, is bad business. Wasted my entire lunch break in line with nothing to show.
Poor guys are trying but they are always overwhelmed and have to move people to wait around the corner. And honestly they tend to miss orders sometimes. I don’t blame the staff. They need more help. Hire more people and pay them a bit more!
The worst Chalupas I ever had. Hard, hard dnd extra hard. We had to turn around and go back for part of the order.
